From 8:30am to 5:00pm on work days our support desk is ALWAYS STAFFED with dedicated, trained professionals. They have industry experience in your discipline, ensuring a complete understanding and a timely resolution of the challenges you face.    

All technical support calls are given a case number and tracked through our CRM
ensuring that you get the timely responses that you require.  Our Helpdesk staff are certified to escalate issues to Autodesk for resolution on an as-needed basis.  Technical support is always included when you purchase Autodesk Subscription – you are never left in the cold!
