Over the last several years Pacific Alliance’s Revit Implementation Team has developed a proven process for implementing Revit® software from Autodesk®. Through consulting engagements with close to 50 Revit clients, Pacific Alliance has established this methodology for dealing with the change inherent in the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. Structured Implementation Process
Experience has shown that those who follow this structured approach will achieve BIM success using Revit. Pacific Alliance offers two SIP approaches, both of which can be further modified to suit your organizations’ needs:

Vertical Approach - Designed for organizations that only have one discipline that requires Revit training and mentoring, or for organizations that have multiple disciplines that require training and mentoring at different stages of the project.

Team Approach - This approach is designed for organizations where all disciplines wish to collaborate on projects and be trained and mentored in Revit concurrently.
